What makes the Financial Institutions Division different?

The Raymond James Financial Institutions Division provides an exceptional range of high-end products, innovative technology and sophisticated support, all aimed at helping you identify, analyze and address the critical issues that are vital to the success of your investment program. Our advisor productivity makes us a leader among TPMs and bank brokerages by averaging $600,000 in productivity per advisor. Further, the average Raymond James FID advisor has $97 million under management, with 63% of business under fee-based advisory agreements.

What resources will I have access to?

As a FID advisor, you can tap into Raymond James’ entire suite of products and services, including asset management, wealth planning, high-quality research and marketing. You’ll also benefit from the deep investments we’ve made in technology, including integrated financial planning software, performance reporting, customer relationship manager, our institutional-level trading system and more.

And if your institution does not have the capabilities to serve your client’s specific needs, our banking, lending and trust services can serve as important value-adds to keep your client close.

How will I be compensated?

Compensation is determined by the investment program, but is often in the range of 35% to 55%, depending on your business mix and production.

Where will I work?

As a FID advisor, you will work in an established community bank or credit union that has partnered with Raymond James to enhance their service offerings through your advisory.

What will happen to my existing book of business and clients?
