Tim Wranovix

Tim is a member of the firm’s National Housing Group and has over 10 years of housing finance experience structuring a variety of single-family and multifamily housing issues. He is responsible for creating and maintaining the group’s proprietary models. Tim has primary account coverage of many Florida local housing finance authority clients and assists senior bankers in their coverage of housing clients around the country. Since joining Raymond James, he also has been actively involved in the firm’s investment of bond proceeds practice. Tim received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He holds Series 7, 50, 53, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
