Rick Gaston

Rick joined Raymond James in 2012, bringing with him thirteen years of experience in the Financial Industry. Starting as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, Rick moved to recruiting for Wells Fargo Advisors, then owning his own consulting firm focused on the sourcing and placement of financial advisors. Rick brought that expertise to the Raymond James Advisor Choice Consulting group where he has consistently been the top recruiter for the last three years. He has helped hundreds of prospective financial advisors interested in learning more about Raymond James. As a former financial advisor, Rick is passionate about sharing the unique cultural differences and opportunities that Raymond James has to offer.

Originally from New York City, Rick resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Carrie and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, formula one racing and spending time with his family.
