Tom joined Raymond James in April 2012 following the firm’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has had the privilege of advising numerous school districts in Georgia on tax exempt and tax-credit transaction structuring, credit and debt capacity analysis, property and sales tax projections, financial advising, policy development and capital planning. Tom has served as a featured speaker for many years at the Georgia School Superintendents Associations Facilities and Capital Outlay Institute. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and currently holds Series 7, Series 50, Series 63 and Series 79 professional licenses.
