Stacy Houston

Stacy is a vice president with Raymond James & Associates, Inc. in its National Housing Group. With a 14-year focus on state and local housing finance authorities, she oversees program mortgage origination and administration, handles lender recruitment and education, and develops marketing plans for the single-family housing programs and mortgage credit certificate programs managed by Raymond James. Having joined the firm in 2000, she has served within the Fixed Income Research department as well as the Retail Trading Desk in Memphis, where she marketed and maintained the Fixed Income online trading platform. Stacy moved to the National Housing Finance Group and the firm’s Dallas office in 2004. She is a member of the National Association of Local Housing Agencies and the Texas Association of Local Housing Agencies. Stacy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Rhodes College in Memphis and holds a certificate in business fundamentals from the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia.
