Maxim Tsolov joined Raymond James in 2014 and serves as a Director in the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking group focused on the Security & Safety and Automation subsectors. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Tsolov worked as an Associate with Ernst & Young in the Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services group. Mr. Tsolov is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with honors from Tulane University with a Master of Accounting and a BSM in Legal Studies in Business.
