Mark joined the firm in 1995 as a member of the National Housing Group. He currently serves as the lead banker for various state and local housing finance agencies nationwide. He is a frequent speaker at national housing bond conferences. Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a housing banker at a regional firm in Denver for four years. He also worked for five years as an attorney at the Dallas-based law firm of Locke Lord, where he was in the corporate/bond area focusing on housing finance.

Mark received a Juris Doctor degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was a Sumners Scholar and an editor of the law review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in economics from Georgetown University, where he was a National Merit Scholar. Mark also attended the University of Madrid and is fluent in Spanish. He holds Series 7, 50, 52, 53 and 63 securities licenses.
