Kathy has 24 years of public finance and municipal advisory experience and has structured or reviewed more than 500 transactions, totaling more than $50 billion. Kathy joined Raymond James two years ago and previously spent 15 years at CSG Advisors and seven years at GKB/Stifle. Kathy’s specialties include the design and execution of complex financial structures. She assists housing financing agencies (HFAs) in strengthening their master indentures and financial flexibility through a range of executions, including bond redemption strategies, liquidity replacement, evaluating economic refunding and new issuance opportunities. Kathy has helped HFAs by providing direct and measurable benefits, including millions of dollars in increased revenues and cost savings as well as rating agency upgrades. In addition, Kathy also supports HFAs by regularly preparing and updating complicated open indenture consolidated cash flow analysis and universal cap calculations as well as long-term resource allocation studies. Kathy is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and holds an MBA from Georgia State University. She received her B.S. in linguistics from Shaanxi Normal University in Xi’an, China.
