Craig Willingham

Craig joined the firm in 1984 while still in college. He began his tenure in corporate finance and moved to the firm’s National Housing Group in 1986. Craig has extensive experience in single family housing, including whole loan file review and underwriting, reconciliation of trust account assets, proposal preparation, and serving as a bidding agent for the sale of MBS collateral from single family housing issues. He also served Morgan Keegan public finance in G37 reporting and other public finance administration duties for a number of years. He currently administers the Group’s TBA Turnkey Program and serves in various capacities.

Craig received a BBA in international business from the University of Memphis and is Series 7 and 63 registered. He has been married to Allison for over 30 years and has one daughter, Lauren, who graduated from the University of Arkansas. Craig’s hobbies include hiking and traveling. He resides in Bentonville, Arkansas.
