Kevin O’Kelly

Kevin joined the firm in 2017 after spending five years in public finance at William Blair, serving as a municipal trustee for five years at Wells Fargo Bank, and prior to that as a budget analyst for three years in the Illinois Governor’s Office of Management and Budget. Kevin has over 10 years of experience serving public finance issuers. His experience includes municipal general obligation bonds in Illinois and Connecticut and national higher education, healthcare and industrial development indenture-based revenue bonds. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in economics with an emphasis in public finance from Northern Illinois University. As a student at College of DuPage and Northern Illinois University, he served as the student board member of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (2002-2003) and the Illinois Board of Higher Education (2003-2004). He holds FINRA Series 7, 50, 52 and 63 licenses.
