Lori Sullivan

Lori joined Raymond James in September of 2000. She has considerable experience with nontraditional securities including private/public partnerships and extensive lease and project finance transactions. Lori has significant experience in the area of correctional facility financing. Correctional clients have included the states of Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Virginia, Washington and New Mexico. County and city clients have included Lewisville, Texas; Cushing, Oklahoma; Holdenville, Oklahoma; Lockhart, Texas. Additionally she has been the senior banker for several multifamily housing revenue bonds issued by the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation. She also has completed transactions for the Houston Housing Finance Corporation and several direct mortgage placements for various multifamily projects. She has been a public finance investment banker for almost 30 years. Lori is a past chairman of the Association for Governmental Leasing and Finance. She attended Palm Beach Atlantic College, Palm Beach, Florida, and holds NASD licenses 7, 53, 63 and 79.
