Stephan Segouin

Stephan Segouin joined Raymond James in 2015 as a managing director in the Security, Defense and Government Services Group. In this capacity Mr. Segouin manages and develops key client relationships in the security and automation space.  Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Segouin was head of strategy and M&A at the ADT Corporation before its sale to Apollo, Inc. and held the same position for NextEra Energy, Inc. There Mr. Segouin also founded ClearSky, a venture/growth equity fund specialized in energy and security. Prior to joining NextEra, Mr. Segouin was a banker at Lehman Brothers, Inc. and Goldman Sachs, Inc. covering the energy sector. Mr. Segouin has completed more than $50 billion of transactions during his career. Mr. Segouin graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
