Gavin McOuat

Gavin McOuat joined Raymond James in 2013 from Barclays, where he was global co-head of metals and mining, with senior coverage responsibility for clients based in the Americas. Mr. McOuat began his mining investment banking career with UBS in 1994 and subsequently became a managing director in the investment banking divisions of National Bank and Citigroup. Mr. McOuat has extensive experience advising on M&A and financing transactions across a broad range of clients, commodities, products and markets. Mr. McOuat holds a LLM in Mineral Law and Policy from the University of Dundee (Scotland) and a B. Comm from Queen's University (Kingston).
