Evan Merali

Evan Merali joined Raymond James in 2021. Before that, he spent seven years leading Financo’s European activities from their London office. He has 13 years of experience advising businesses across several categories, including in beauty and personal care, e-commerce, fashion and apparel, and leisure. Mr. Merali’s expertise includes M&A, growth capital raises, equity and debt capital markets, transactions and restructuring.

Prior to joining Financo, Mr. Merali was a member of the European Retail and Consumer group at Jefferies. He began his career at Credit Suisse before working at the consumer-focused investment bank McQueen. Mr. Merali holds a Master of Science in chemistry from Oxford University.
