Chad Myers

With more than 17 years of public finance experience, Chad focuses on bond structuring and quantitative analysis for all types of transactions, including revenue-driven bond issues such as privatized student housing as well as general obligation bonds. He has worked as the primary quantitative analyst for many issuers over the last 10 years, including Shelby County, Tennessee; City of Memphis, Tennessee; and Memphis Light, Gas and Water. Chad has worked on much of the student housing financings that the firm has managed, and he is familiar with all student housing financing structures. His student housing experience includes financings for many projects at the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) and at the University of Alabama, Marshall University, University of California, Berkeley, Bowling Green State University, Texas A&M University and the University of Louisville. Chad graduated summa cum laude from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
