Tom Owens

Tom joined Raymond James in April 2012 following the firm’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan, which he joined in 2005. His experience includes advising issuers on tax exempt and taxable transaction structuring, credit analysis, property and sales tax projections, and capital planning. Tom has also worked with issuers to model various re-development programs, including TAD and PILOT financings. His experience includes loan pool securitization, traditional and charter school financings, as well as all manner of general governmental project financings. Tom received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and currently holds Series 7, Series 50, Series 63 and Series 79 professional licenses.
