Samantha joined Raymond James in 2013 and has since provided financial analysis to municipalities throughout the South and Midwest, with a focus on the state of Mississippi. Samantha has worked with issuers in various sectors of the municipal market, including city, county and state general obligation and appropriation credits as well as higher education and transportation credits. She graduated from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts dual degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus in Finance.
