Pat DeLacey joined Raymond James in 1999 to build the firm’s Financial Services Investment Banking team as group head. Following a planned transition to new group head John Roddy, DeLacey continues to serve the firm’s clients, primarily in the insurance sector.  Prior to joining Raymond James, he served as head of the U.S. financial institutions practice at ABN Amro Inc. In all, Mr. DeLacey has more than 30 years’ experience in the investment banking and corporate finance industry, including positions with The Chicago Corporation, Kemper Securities, CIT Financial and Ernst & Whinney. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA degree in finance, with honors, from the University of Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
