Matt Paramore joined Raymond James in 2011 as part of the merger with Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett. Mr. Paramore has advised financial services companies for nearly twenty years with a focus on depository institutions. He has completed over 100 M&A and financing transactions for clients across a wide range of transaction structures. Prior to joining Howe Barnes in 2005, Mr. Paramore was an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Triangle Capital Partners. He graduated cum laude from Davidson College with an AB in economics and classics. Mr. Paramore holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
