Frank Hancock joined Raymond James in 1986 upon receiving his MBA and JD, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University. Previously, Mr. Hancock worked in the corporate department at the law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon. He is active in mergers and acquisitions, public corporate offerings and private placements of equity.
