Ashutosh Rathore

Ashu Rathore joined Raymond James as a managing director in 2020. Mr. Rathore has spent 18-plus years in the financial services sector in the U.S. and India. He has been serving insurance-sector clients in the U.S. since 2007 and has a deep understanding of property and casualty, life insurance, and insurance distribution and services verticals. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Rathore was a managing director at Guggenheim Securities, where he delivered strategic advice and transaction execution for a broad range of insurance sector clients, including public companies, mutual companies and financial sponsor-owned private companies. Mr. Rathore has previously held investment banking roles serving insurance-sector clients at Greenhill, UBS and Wells Fargo. Mr. Rathore has experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A, corporate defense, special committee advisory, and public and private equity and debt capital transactions.

Mr. Rathore earned his PGDM from Nirma Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India, and received his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
