Bob Hutchinson

Bob Hutchinson joined Raymond James in 2019 as a managing director in the Financial Services Investment Banking group. Mr. Hutchinson has over 21 years of experience advising depository institutions on mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity offerings and mutual stock conversions. Mr. Hutchinson joined Raymond James from Piper Jaffray, where he was a managing director and head of financial services investment banking. Prior to Piper Jaffray, Mr. Hutchinson was a managing director at Sterne Agee, where he held multiple leadership roles, including head of depository investment banking. He also worked at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and RBC Capital Markets earlier in his career. Mr. Hutchinson served four years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
