Tracey Troina

Tracey started her Raymond James career with the Information Technology department in 2015 and transitioned to the ICD Midwest Division in 2017. She brought with her over 25 years of office management and customer service experience, with a focus on quality and compassion. Tracey is responsible for supporting the efforts of the ICD Midwest Division team. As your Division Liaison, Tracey is the first point of contact for inquiries and responds to the needs of branch managers, financial advisors and branch professionals by answering their questions, coordinating requests and assisting with the resolution of problems. As your personal advocate at the home office, Tracey is an information resource and will work with you on matters that impact your branch.

Tracey resides in Madeira Beach, Florida, and spends her personal time boating, hunting, and training her Aussie, Bodhi.
