Bill joined Raymond James in April 2012 following the firm’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan. Since joining the firm in 2000, his services to municipalities have included debt structuring, referenda strategy, project prioritization, fixed-variable rate debt management, debt capacity analysis, and policy development. Bill has advised communities throughout the State of Georgia on more than 200 transactions. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia, raised in Jonesboro, Georgia, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He currently holds the Series 7, Series 50, Series 63 and Series 79 professional licenses.
