David Gray

David joined Raymond James in April 2012 following the firm’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan. Since February 2008, he has served as the manager of the Georgia Public Finance practice. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, David began his public finance career in 1977 with White Weld & Company. From 1985 to 2008, his track-record of service to municipal and healthcare clients in the Southeast with Citigroup and its predecessor organizations is one of consistent market leadership in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. From 1996 to 2001, he served as manager of the Robinson-Humphrey Company public finance department and member of the Board of Directors. David received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia and his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Virginia.
