David’s role as advisor and branch manager enables him to serve clients with the same dedication, determination and skill he has shown throughout the past three decades. He takes a comprehensive approach to advising that helps ensure clients’ investment portfolios support their overarching life goals. In every case, David works to understand each client’s unique situation and the goals they hope to achieve. Then, working with his partners and utilizing the vast investment resources of Raymond James, he applies that knowledge to construct a portfolio aligned with the client’s wishes. After completing the Chemical Bank Training Program in 1982, David launched his financial services career as a credit analyst with Chemical Bank of New York. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2014, David served as a financial advisor and managing director at J.P. Morgan Securities, formerly Bear Stearns, where he founded and ran the Advisory Services Alliance. Before that, he was a managing director and head of the Corporate and Executive Services group and founder of the Professionals Alliance Group at Oppenheimer. He also has worked at Citibank and Merrill Lynch. David attended Fordham University, where he earned a degree in history. Professionally, he has served on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Personal Financial Planning Conference Steering Committee and was named to Irish America magazine’s “Wall Street 50.”* Active in the community, David has served on the advisory board of the Irish Repertory Theater for more than eight years and is also secretary of the American Friends of James Joyce reading group. David and his wife enjoy an international lifestyle with homes in New York City and Ireland. In his spare time, David is an avid golfer and reader.
