Steph Hugley

Steph Hugley joined Raymond James in 2020 and currently serves as the office administrator for Executive Compensation Services. With over 20 years of experience, she works directly with corporate executives and clients by providing account information and opening our new accounts. By reaching out to clients on an on-going basis and keeping records up to date, Steph plays a vital role in helping maintain existing client relationships. Steph is a veteran military spouse and is a passionate advocate for fellow military spouses, veterans and their families.

Steph is a St. Petersburg, Florida, native and enjoys spending time outside hiking in state and national parks with her family, diving with friends and traveling to new places while learning about new cultures.
