Tom Harmon

Drawing from over 13 years of financial industry experience, Tom devotes himself to helping advisors create the business they envision, all while putting their needs – and those of their clients – first.

Tom began his financial career with T. Rowe Price, where he took on a variety of roles ranging from client management to sales leadership throughout his seven-year tenure. He then became a business development director for a boutique asset management firm specializing in comprehensive products and high-net-worth consulting.

Tom joined Raymond James in 2015 as an AdvisorChoice® consultant, where he was recognized as a top recruiter for two consecutive years and helped hundreds of prospective advisors explore the various platforms and business models offered at Raymond James. After five years, Tom accepted his current role as a business development consultant. In addition to his industry experience, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of South Florida.

A Tampa native, Tom resides in his hometown with his wife, Julie, and their two daughters. He enjoys golfing and any activity that allows him to unwind outdoors with his beautiful family.
