Todd Barnes

Todd joined Raymond James in February 2015. Prior to joining Raymond James, he served as managing director and manager of the Atlanta Public Finance office for Robert W. Baird & Co. from 2009-2015. Todd has been an investment banker specializing in municipal bond financings for Georgia local governments for 34 years. Prior to Baird, he spent 16 years in the Public Finance group at A.G. Edwards & Sons. Assisting Georgia school districts with their financing needs has been a primary focus during his career. His extensive school district SPLOST and general obligation bond experience includes serving as underwriter for the following districts: Bartow, Bryan, Bulloch, Butts, Clarke, Dawson, Decatur City, Dougherty, Forsyth, Hart, Heard, Henry, Muscogee, Oconee, Union and Walton, among others. Todd is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. He currently holds the Series 7, Series 53 and Series 63 securities licenses.
