Tom Heath

Tom Heath joined Raymond James in 2022 as vice chairman of Financial Services Investment Banking. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Heath spent 27 years on Wall Street. In particular, he served as co-head of banks and diversified financials at Citigroup and as managing director at both UBS and JPMorgan. Most recently he worked for First Citizens BancShares, advising on a transformational merger and leading the ensuing investor relations. Market reception of the transaction resulted in one of the most favorable stock performances for an acquiring financial institution ($1bn+) in recent history. Mr. Heath received a BA in history and economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
