Heather Schaul

Heather Schaul is the new Assistant Division Director for the North Division. She joins this team after almost 19 years of experience with Raymond James.

Heather began her career at Raymond James in the Learning Solutions department, where she helped advisors and their teams accomplish tasks and improve efficiency with Raymond James technology. After 6 years in Learning Solutions, she moved to Raymond James Financial Services as a Program Administrator. In this role, Heather managed educational programs for RJFS Branch Professionals. Later, she expanded this focus to manage educational programs and conference content for RJF Private Client Group events. Most recently, she managed a team of technology trainers who personalized technology education to help advisors and their teams increase their efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Heather was a corporate trainer for sales and customer service associates and she was responsible for training new associates in company policies and procedures, as well as in sales and service standards.

Heather began her working life as a high school teacher. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, and later returned to school, earning a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University.

Heather is also Series 7 licensed and was awarded the Top Young Trainers Award in 2008 by Training Magazine.
