Bo Hinton

Bo Hinton has approximately 25 years of healthcare investment banking and private equity experience. His practice focuses on healthcare services including multisite healthcare providers. Mr. Hinton joined Raymond James in 2023 from Coker Capital, a healthcare-focused M&A advisory firm, where he was a founder and co-led the sale of the firm to Fifth Third Securities. Prior to Coker Capital, Mr. Hinton worked in private equity with Carousel Capital Partners, where he focused on healthcare investments. Mr. Hinton began his career in the healthcare investment banking group of Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities), where he worked on M&A and corporate finance transactions for healthcare services companies. Mr. Hinton received a degree in economics modified from Dartmouth College.
