Sam provides analytical support to senior bankers throughout the firm’s footprint, primarily focusing on the Midwest and Southeast regions with an emphasis on higher education. He has experience in various sectors of the municipal market, including school districts, higher education, city, county and state general obligation credits, water and sewer systems, public power, health care, transportation, special tax, pensions and airports. Sam graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. He currently holds Series 7, 50 and 63 licenses.
