Shaun Libou

Shaun Libou joined Raymond James & Associates in 2023, where he provides private capital advisory services to both public and private real estate firms.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Shaun served as a vice president of real estate investments at GIC, one of three entities in Singapore that manage Singapore’s foreign reserves. In this role, Shaun led GIC’s multifamily investment vertical in the United States, responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, executing and asset managing multifamily transactions on behalf of the firm.

Since joining GIC in 2016, Shaun held roles of increasing responsibility, consummating well in excess of $15 billion of real estate transactions within varying degrees of capital structures and in sectors such as multifamily, data centers, industrial, life sciences, office and malls, among others. Before GIC, Shaun was an analyst on the real estate investment banking team at Raymond James & Associates.

Shaun graduated with a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
