Dan Wendle

Dan Wendle is vice president and director of acquisitions, West region for Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments. He is responsible for overseeing property acquisitions for the company in the Western United States. Prior to joining Raymond James, he spent 13 years at a major national nonprofit syndicator, where he was acquisitions director and oversaw the northwest team, responsible for acquisitions equity investment and in charge of sales and asset staff management. Dan attended the University of Oregon and received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Portland State University’s Hatfield School of Government.
