Ed Marcin

Ed Marcin is vice president of operations for Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments and is responsible for technology initiatives, the underwriting process and closing property acquisitions for RJAHI. He has more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining RJAHI in 2005, Ed worked for Bankers Insurance for seven years. He was involved with the underwriting of commercial property and casualty insurance. Ed received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
