Podium or Lectern?
Just learned something worth sharing. Well, maybe not but I’ll post it anyway.
- What do people stand on when giving a speech? A podium.
- What do people stand in front of and upon which they put their papers when giving a speech? A lectern.
See? I’m learning as well as teaching out here in CWU. Oh, and roasting… it was 98 degrees out here today.
