What a great book! It’s very simply written and the ideas Farson espouses make such sense it’s amazing to think that managers of corporations and organizations can go as far astray as they do. His approach is based on common sense rather than technique. The titles of chapters are deliciously contrary and make you think “What?!” but in the end you see that yes, what he says does make sense. It’s a quick and useful read.
