Raymond James awarded ninth total honor for innovative technology
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James was recognized with the Technology Innovation Award for the ninth year by the Bank Insurance & Securities Association (BISA). This year, the firm was recognized for its Alerts Portal, which enables advisors to easily receive and act on various alerts from a centralized dashboard.
BISA’s Technology Innovation Award recognizes firms that are leading the advancement of the financial service industry’s products, services and platforms through innovative technology. This award highlights companies for their commitment to advancements in technology-based solutions for the industry.
With integration across company applications and robust features, like customizable priority levels and real-time comments, Alerts Portal enables advisors and teams to optimize workflows and better track action items that impact their clients and business. In addition, quick visibility into alerts and action items enables advisors to spend more time focusing on their clients and business rather than tracking down information and action items from various sources.
