Have you noticed that you can't get e-mail help from
mikewatters | 23 June 2008 | 4:48 pmHave you noticed that you can’t get e-mail help from Netflix anymore? You have to call. I had to do this yesterday when the computer system wouldn’t accept my new address (we’re in a new construction). The guy on the phone was pleasant enough, but e-mail would have been so much faster for such a simple question.
Of course, the whole reason they implemented the phone system was because of complaints about their “impersonal” customer service. That’s the problem with being a big company — you’re damned if you do and damned if you don’t.
